How we rank
A score is only worth reading if you know what it was made of.
Fifteen sportsbook accounts were opened and funded for the 2026 NHL comparison. Interac deposit availability was checked across that group. Five of those accounts additionally have a documented completed C$50 Interac withdrawal test from September 2026. A deposit check, an operator's stated payout window and a completed withdrawal are different kinds of evidence.
Who carried out the test
The 2026 Canadian sportsbook comparison is attributed to Bradley Warren. His author page identifies the ranking attached to his name; LNODEK does not list a separate reviewer or fact-checker for this test because none is documented in the site records.
What gets measured
We assess NHL pricing against comparable lines, NHL market depth on real games, banking and payout evidence, and bonus usability under the stated terms. Banking evidence is labelled by type: deposit availability checked, independently timed withdrawal, or operator-stated estimate. How an overall rating is calculated
For a rating with recorded category scores, our weighting is NHL pricing 30%, NHL market depth 25%, banking and payouts 25%, and bonus usability 20%. Multiply each category's score out of five by its weight, add the four results, then round once to one decimal. A completed payout test can inform banking; an operator-stated window cannot be scored as a measured time.

The published 2026 overall ratings came from the original account-test report. Its per-category scores were not retained, so those historical numbers cannot be independently recalculated from the available records. We preserve them as reported overall ratings, without manufacturing decimal category scores or claiming this formula retroactively produced them. A refreshed rating will use the weights above only when all four category scores and their evidence are recorded.
Payout speed, compared
These are the five completed C$50 Interac withdrawals measured from request to receipt in September 2026. The other ten books do not have a documented completed Interac test; any operator-stated payout range is not a LNODEK-measured result.

What does not move a score
Headline bonus size on its own does not. A large multiplier attached to demanding turnover is worth less than a small offer you can finish, and the ranking reflects that. The biggest advertised packages sit in the lower half of our list for exactly this reason. Interface polish, app store presence and promotional volume are described where they matter to using the site, but they do not lift a book past one that prices better and pays faster.
Commercial links
Some pages carry affiliate links, and where they do, they are marked. LNODEK may receive a commission when a reader visits or joins an operator through one of those links. A commercial relationship does not buy a position, a score or a favourable line of copy, and no operator sees a review before it is published. Where the testing found a weakness, it is printed in the same review as the strengths. The cons lists are not decoration.
When a page is wrong
Operators change bonus terms, payment options and payout times without notice, and a page that was accurate when it was tested can be out of date within weeks. We re-test rather than quietly edit, and we date what we publish so you can judge how fresh it is. Until a page is corrected, the operator's own terms are the authority. Read them before depositing.
